It's the densest part of our being.
It's thick, tense, alive, and it holds an immense amount of our emotions and feelings.
We can work on our psychological being as much as we want, we can do all the
emotional release in the world, but we are still animals at the core, and that means
the body can hold on to trauma for years and years after your mind has long forgotten
it consciously.
Emotions, traumas, stress, sitting too crouched at the desk, having a big
night out, all these things have an effect on our body in a
detrimental way.
We need to recover it, and a good start is to take care of
it in form of physical activity, good food and
of course, bodywork/massage.
I offer a variety of different bodywork
sessions, either something you request
yourself or we can have a chat and
figure out what would benefit you.
