I have been teaching things to people of different ages and experience levels since I was 16.
I've held workshops in Flashmobs (yes there is such a thing, funny huh?), pair acrobatics, dance, tantra, healing herbs and much more!
A few years ago I dived into "sacred sexuality" and the arts of being a good partner, a good lover and overall how this affects your whole well-being.
I do my own research on the connection between a persons physical/psychological health, and their health in intimacy and close relations.

What is tantra?If you're wondering what Tantra really is, I gotta tell you that question does not have just one answer.
In my opinion, it is a way of life, a state, not a "thing" or religion. There are many definitions about what tantra is or is not, but I can tell you right away - it's not just about sex! Yes, sexuality is a big part of life, but that's not all there is. I would say my "quote" of Tantra and tantric practices is: "The way to reach enlightenment/bigger life purpose/absolute bliss/better life in general, without rejecting the body". So many religions, philosophies and teachings say that one must push our needs away, one must be a martyr, not want anything, be free from desire or just sacrifice their life altogether to the divine. |
